I have added a very cool feature to on one of our SharePoint sites. It is the Print List Feature from CodePlex. This feature adds a PRINT button to the Actions pull-down of every list allowing to create a printer-friendly version of the list and then directly send it to the printer.
In the Actions Pull-Down use the new Print List function…
This will lead you to the list of all views, select the view you want to print…
Then the view is rendered and you can choose the printer…
