Unable to add selected web part(s).
SmartPart: An error has occurred.

08:30 pm: after reinstalling smartpart 2 times and validate every configuration settings needed for smartpart - no success!
09:00 pm: first curses on smartpart - what the damn means An error has occurred
09:30 pm: after clicking on the wrong webpart to add - content editor webpart - we got the SAME error message... ahhhh... it has nothing to do with smartpart (jan tielen - you are further on perfect)
10:00 pm: so let's concentrate on the fact - we can't add a webpart from the all webpart category - the funny thing normal list view webparts are working...
11:00 pm: ok it should have to do something with the isa-server (and maybe the url mapping)
12:00 am: it's late let's try the last idea - directly on the server we add an url mapping with a port and access the side from the server with the port (without going over the isa-server) - and it is working... we can add the smartpart with our own registration form (were we provide additional information like company)
01:00 am: everything is working "fine"...
to sum up: we don't have an explanation yet why we can't add a webpart from the extranet over isa-server... We experience also a few other problems (like search - shared service provider) which seems to be caused by the isa-server... we will research this and keep you up-to-date with the details!
